CasaArtusi is the first Cultural Center dedicated to the knowledge of gastronomic culture for the promotion of traditional Italian cuisine, closely related to the name of Pellegrino Artusi, a famous scholar of the end of the nineteenth century. Inside the complex, the renovation project and the new development unfold from the old cloister of great historical and architectural value. The project, distributed on 2800m2, spreads on three levels and is characterized by various kind of activities: spaces for permanent and temporary exhibitions, library, traditional cuisine restaurant, food and wine tasting areas, conference rooms, cooking school, etc. The story of Pellegrino Artusi becomes the unifying element that binds ideally and visibly the entire complex.
