A historical building, a female client, art and memory objects, the desire for a private and intimate spot, where culture and tradition should be read out of the languages they usually represent.

The project is a space narration that follows and sometimes suggests the gestures and the emotions of the person who lives in it through a multi-polar scheme of living spaces without hierarchies and declared filters. Paths meet common and private, the weights of the different functions are interchangeable.

The plant mirrors the historical identity of the place letting the existing original character prevail and declaring the contemporary intervention in the new spaces that the project has generated. They have in common absolute white walls over which the alternation of natural and artificial light modifies the perception of the volumes.

A system of visual telescopes is the hidden grid that moves the spaces where the focals, the perceptive continuity, the relation between interior and exterior come one after the other.

Particulars are only suggested, minimal details, neutral tones and punctual color counterpoints, alignments of fulls and empties, imperfect symmetry mark the rhythm of the spaces that enliven through art objects, the design fittings and together with signs of the daily life dwelling in them.
